2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 to create an account. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts for policy violations.

3. Purchases and refunds

Prices are shown in USD and may change. Refunds are available within seven days if less than 20% of the course was accessed. Taxes may apply.

4. License to content

When you purchase a course, you receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or studio use under any applicable seat limits. Redistribution or resale is prohibited without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or harassing activity.
• No attempts to bypass security or copy content at scale.
• No sharing of private community materials outside the platform.

6. Intellectual property

BloomGenesis and its licensors retain all rights in the website, branding, and course materials. Trademarks, including the BloomGenesis name, may not be used without permission.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are educational only. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Services are provided “as is” without warranties except where required by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloomGenesis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
